Community Case Management

The mission of the Community Case Manager is to offer support by empowering individuals and families to meet life’s everyday challenges. The Community Case Manager provides case management services to people without the restrictions and guidelines that other programs require. The case manager works with any individual and has assisted people of all ages.

Community Case Management is a free service that helps address unmet needs in Cape Girardeau, Bollinger, Scott, and Perry counties. Referrals are received from First Call For Help
The Community Case Manager is a skilled professional who is aware of resources in the area and how to access those services.
